In the photo, Helen can be seen sweetly cuddling up with her little daughter, Lark, who is sporting an adorable pigtail hairstyle.

Lark is Helen's youngest child and was born in November 2021. Helen previously welcomed her first child, Ivy Wren, in September 2017 with her partner and Call the Midwife co-star, Jack Ashton.
