EXCLUSIVE: Ned Benson, the filmmaker behind Searchlight Pictures’ forthcoming romance The Greatest Hits, has signed with CAA.
Starring Lucy Boynton, Justin H. Min, David Corenswet and Austin Crute, Benson’s latest has been described as a love story centering on the connection between music and memory, and how they transport us, sometimes literally.
He directed the pic from his own script and also produced alongside Michael London, Stephanie Davis, Shannon Gaulding, and Cassandra Kulukundis.
A release date has not yet been set. Previously, Benson made his feature directorial debut with The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, a three-part drama, led by Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy, which also stars Viola Davis, Bill Hader, and William Hurt.
