The 30-year-old has signed a new one-deal deal and joined the club last summer after leaving Morecambe and went on to make 20 appearances in all competitions for Wanderers.
Most of those appearances came in the first half of the season and Tutte found starting places difficult to come by following the arrival of MJ Williams in the January transfer window.
But the former Bury midfielder was a near ever present in the Wanderers matchday squad and made his final appearance of the season
