A junction on one of Manchester's busiest roads has been taped off following a crash. Emergency services were called out to Claremont Road, off Princess Road, in Moss Side this morning (October 26).
Firefighters attended the scene, near Alexandra Park, shortly after 7.45am. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) confirmed the crash involved one vehicle.
Images from the scene show a damaged black Nissan Qashqai. The car's front bumper appears to be missing, while debris from the crash can be seen on the ground. The junction was taped off by the fire service. Princess Road remained open while emergency services worked at the scene. Police were also in attendance.
