Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Burlesque comes to Theatre Royal Glasgow - you may never want to leave

It's time to dust down your feather boas and scatter the glitter because the hottest ticket in the country has landed.Burlesque had its premiere in Manchester in June and Glasgow is just the second city to play host to this colourful jamboree which is crammed full of talent and style.The music of Christina Aguilera and others forms the soundtrack to the world's newest musical sensation but compositions by two of the shows stars, Broadway sensation Todrick Hall and home grown pop star Jess Foley , winner of The Voice Juniors, are melded seamlessly into the jazz inspired mix.Cher won a Golden Globe for best original song for You Haven't Seen the Last of Me but Jackie Burns in the Cher role completely knocked it out the park.The plot of the musical is a bit more wholesome than the movie with Ali Rose , played by Foley, hunting for her birth mother rather than fame.

When she meets Burns's Tess she is keen to impress her with her performance skills before she reveals herself.Like all good musicals there are goodies and baddies but all in this production are sensational with no panto style overacting from the less savoury characters.

There's also a smattering of romance and triumphing against the odds thrown into the mix.But Burlesque is really all about the moves, the songs and the attitude and this musical delivers all three by the sackload.Burns and Foley are exquisite in their delivery but Broadway superstar Hall as Sean, Tess's right hand man, is phenomenal.His comedy is sharp and he proves he is a quadruple threat with utterly faultless acting, singing and dancing.

And with he and Foley also having composer credits you wonder if there is anything he can't do.Hall's performance is one theatre-goers will be talking about
