Bruce Willis' ex-wife Demi Moore has given an emotional update on the Die Hard actor's dementia battle. Sixty two year old Demi said Bruce, 69, is reportedly "in a very stable place" as he continues his struggles with dementia.The Hollywood icon was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2023, and his ex-wife Demi Moore has recently opened up about his condition.
Speaking to CNN, Demi, who was married to Bruce from 1987 until 2000, expressed her heartfelt approach to dealing with the illness: "I’ve shared this before, but I really mean this so sincerely.
It’s so important for anybody who’s dealing with this to really meet them where they’re at, and from that place, there is such loving and joy." The actress acknowledged the challenges of witnessing Bruce's health struggles, saying it's been "very difficult" and something she wouldn't wish on anyone.
Despite the hardships, Demi highlighted that "There is great loss, but there is also great beauty and gifts that can come from it." Earlier in 2023, Bruce's family had shared news of his diagnosis, thanking fans for their support: "As a family, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the outpouring of love and compassion for Bruce over the past ten months.
