Justin Randall Timberlake (born January 31, 1981), occasionally known by his initials JT, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, and record producer.
Raised in Tennessee, he appeared on the television shows Star Search and The All-New Mickey Mouse Club as a child. In the late 1990s, Timberlake rose to prominence as one of the two lead vocalists and youngest member of NSYNC, which eventually became one of the best-selling boy bands of all time.
Timberlake began to adopt a more mature image as an artist with the release of his debut solo album, the R&B-focused Justified (2002), which yielded the successful singles "Cry Me a River" and "Rock Your Body", and earned his first two Grammy Awards.
Ellise Shafer Britney Spears is all for Justin Timberlake‘s musical comeback, despite what her fans may think. In a Sunday night post on her Instagram (which is now private), Spears praised Timberlake’s new song, “Selfish,” while also apologizing for “some of the things” she wrote in her memoir, “The Woman in Me.” “I wanna apologize for some of the things I wrote about in my book.
If I offended any of the people I genuinely care about I am deeply sorry,” Spears wrote alongside a video of Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon performing the song on the host’s “Classroom Instruments” segment. “I also wanted to say I am in love with Justin Timberlake’s new song ‘Selfish.’ It is soo good and how come every time I see Justin and Jimmy together I laugh so hard ???
Ps ‘Sanctified’ is wow too.” Spears’ compliments come after her fans trolled Timberlake on Friday by running her 2011 song “Selfish” up the charts.
Spears’ “Selfish” hit No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs chart, outperforming Timberlake’s new track just one day after its release.
