Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi says that singer has had to borrow phones from strangers to call him because he thinks she's under tight surveillance amid her conservatorship.Lutfi, 46, the former manager of Britney Spears, told The New Yorker Saturday that she has past used the phones of strangers to reach out to him on a sporadic basis over the years.'I'll go years without contact, and then I'll get a call every once in a while from her in a closet,' he told the publication's Ronan Farrow and Jia Tolentino in a comprehensive piece about the Grammy-winning pop star's efforts to pull out of her conservatorship.
