Britney Spears is still protected from the former manager Sam Lutfi due to a five-year restraining order which was issued in 2019.The 39-year-old pop star was finally freed from the 13-year conservatorship which her father, Jamie, sat at the helm of her personal and financial decisions when Brenda Penny terminated the court order on Friday.'The court finds that the conservatorship of the person and estate of Britney Jean Spears is no longer required,' Judge Brenda Penny told a LA Superior court hearing - where Britney did not appear.'Therefore, as of today, the conservatorship is hereby terminated.'Lutfi served as Britney's manager after the pair met in 2007 while Britney was in the throes of a mental health crisis and divorcing husband
