During today's hearing, she appeared on the phone and claimed her hair vitamins and coffee had been taken away from her. She told Judge Brenda Penny: “Ma’am, that’s not abuse, that’s just f****** cruelty.
Excuse my language but it’s the truth.” The songstress wants her father to be charged with "conservatorship abuse" and wants the legal arrangement ended without the need for a medical check.
However, she insisted her main focus is to have her father removed from his role while allowing the other co-conservator Jodi Montgomery to remain.
