In a new post on social media, she explained that the unflattering photos got to her, which led to her decision to contact a personal trainer.

She opened up in the revealing caption. “It’s so beautiful out and I want to get out more … paps are everywhere but not nearly as bad as it is in LA though,” Britney said in regards to a trip she just took with a friend.
