Britain's Got Talent's Jonathan And Charlotte star sheds 5st in incredible transformation

Jonathan, who was only 17 when he appeared on the 2012 show with his singing partner Charlotte Jaconelli, has gone through a notable transformation.The singer duo wowed everyone and made it to the finals, finishing second place to Ashleigh and Pudsey.
After BGT, they were offered a smashing £1m record deal with Simon Cowell's Syco label. However, their journey with them ended two years later.Twelve years down the line and Jonathan still lives in Hainault, London with his family.
Sadly, he no longer talks to Charlotte saying they haven't spoken for years. But, Jonathan once hinted at a possible reunion in another '20 years' time'.
