The song reigns following its first full week of tracking after its June 25 release. In the frame ending July 2, it earned 2.5 million U.S.
streams and sold 5,000 downloads, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data, and in the radio tracking week ending July 5, it drew 207,000 airplay audience impressions. "Parasite Eve" concurrently debuts at No.
10 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, the band's second-best rank, following the No. 9 debut and peak of "Medicine" in January 2019.
