It’s called a rotary pen,” she told host Jimmy Kimmel, adding that it was a “surprisingly easy” process to buy the instrument. “I just clicked a button… Apple Pay,” Simone explained.
Most stores were closed by the time she ordered the pen, so she ended up just Googling “how to do a tattoo at home,” which led her to a YouTube user named PrisonTattoo.com. “I looked at his videos and I was like ‘Wow, there’s an inmate making videos… in prison.
This is a fab idea,’” she continued. Simone then showed off her tattoo, a sphynx cat on her ankle, and also revealed she had tattooed some of her castmates as well.
