The stunning actress, who is usually kitted out in fancy frocks, was spotted in casual clothes for the outing. She wore a simple crop top and jeans, with a jacket tied around her waist and a pricey Louis Vuitton bag slung over her body.
Phoebe covered her face with tinted sunglasses and she appeared to be immersed in her phone as she kept her head down on the stroll.
