The actress, who played Daphne Bridgerton in the Netflix hit, will star in new Sky Original film The Colour Room. Phoebe, 25, will play the role of Clarice Cliff, a legendary ceramic artist from Stoke-on-Trent who rose to fame as a key figure for women in the workplace.
