Daniel Wroughton Craig (born 2 March 1968) is an English actor. The director of Netflix hit Bridgerton has tipped the show's sexy star Regé-Jean Page as the next James Bond. Regé-Jean plays the suave Duke of Hastings in the show opposite Phoebe Dynevor as Daphne Bridgerton.

The show has become a huge hit and introduced Regé-Jean to a new legion of fans, and director Julie Anne Robinson is convinced he has a bright future ahead of him.

She is convinced he's the perfect fit to take over from Daniel Craig as the next 007. In an interview with Deadline, she explained: "It's interesting about Regé, I hope he is not offended by this but I never saw him as a sex symbol.
