For centuries, women have forked out big bucks for the perfect wedding dress - so they usually expect to pay a fair bit for dry-cleaning after their big day, too.
But one former bride has come up with one interesting way to save cash, but still ensure her wedding gown looks as good as new.
Jessica Maxine Clough, of the UK, tied the knot in August last year and has been meaning to get her wedding dress professionally drycleaned.
But, given the pandemic lockdown - she managed to use the extra time she has to attend to her dress -which, she says had been stained with, "tan, makeup, wine, pie and Henderson’s relish." Taking to a Facebook cleaning group, Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips, Jessica shared snaps of the dress before and after the clean.
