The former PE teacher and her fiancé Brian McFadden welcomed their daughter Ruby Jean into the world on May 8 but Danielle admits the birth didn't go as smoothly as she hoped and she was in terrible pain.
She said: "We went home and at 8pm I started having weird pains, and by 10pm they were intense, so we went to the hospital. "There was a queue for the theatre, so I was having to go through these contractions, which were horrific. "I was in so much pain and desperate for any pain relief," she added.
