Brian Austin Green Hits Back at Ex Vanessa Marcil Over Alleged Custody Claims

Brian Austin Green is slamming his ex Vanessa Marcil. On Thursday (October 13), the 49-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum took to social media to react to claims the 53-year-old General Hospital actress made regarding their custody battle over their son Kassius, who is now 20-years-old. Click inside to read more… “I just heard that my ex was claiming I spent years taking her to court and asking for child support,” Brian wrote on his Instagram Story along with the crying/laughing emoji. “How was I the Respondent then???” Brian added along with the hashtags, “Facts is Facts” and “The Truth Shall Set You Free.” Along with his message, Brian also shared a screenshot of apparent court documents that seemed to list Vanessa as the petitioner and him as the respondent.

If you didn’t know, Brian and Vanessa were in a relationship for four years between 1999 and 2003.

After their split, the two were involved in a lengthy custody battle. Back in 2018, Vanessa claimed that Kassius, who was 16 at the time, hadn’t seen Brian in almost five years.

She also claimed that Brian and then-wife Megan Fox tried to get full custody of Kassius.
