He's won the hearts of the Hoops support and countryman Schwarzer can see why. Rodgers left Parkhead midway through the 2018/19 season to take up the role as manager at the former goalkeeper's ex-club Leicester City, and it left the Celtic support miffed, with some still angered to this day.
He told the Scottish Daily Mail that Postecoglou doing similar is unthinkable, saying: "He went from managing in the A-League to managing the national team, got an opportunity to go to Japan.
He did very well at Yokohama, winning their first title in a number of years and changing the whole ethos of the club. What Ange has done everywhere he has gone, every job he has been at, is leave the club in a better place.
