Brendan Fraser Touches Down in NYC Ahead of Being Honored at Toronto Film Festival 2022

The 53-year-old actor dressed down in all black, with a black baseball cap, as he picked up his bags and headed towards the exit. Brendan‘s sighting comes just a few days after the premiere of his latest film, The Whale, in Venice, where he was seen getting choked up over the standing ovation.
Later this week, Brendan will head to the Toronto International Film Festival. There, he’ll actually be honored with the TIFF Tribute Award for Performance for his role in The Whale.
Introduced in 2019, there have only been three other honorees for the award: Jessica Chastain, Anthony Hopkins, and Joaquin Phoenix – and all have won Oscars for their TIFF Tribute roles.
