The A-list couple have been locked in a gruelling court battle since Angelina filed for divorce in 2016 and the ongoing custody dispute concerns their five youngest children: Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and their twins Vivienne and Knox, 13.
Back in May, a private judge John Ouderkirk awarded the Once Upon a Time in America actor joint custody of his minor children but it has now been reversed.
A California appeals court sided with Maleficent star Angelina with her plea to have the judge removed as he did not disclose a business relationship with Brad’s lawyers.
