Boy, 12, admits taking part in TWO riots as mum tells court family 'can't handle him'

A 12-year-old boy who was involved in TWO riots was among a string of youths hauled to court over their alleged involvement in violent disorder across the region today.

Three boys, one aged 12 and two aged 16, faced a District Judge at Manchester Magistrates Court on Monday (August 12). All were charged with violent disorder.

Two of them entered guilty pleas. It comes after scenes in Manchester city centre, Newton Heath, Rochdale, and Bolton shocked the region in July and August.

The boys are just a few of hundreds of men, women, and children, who have been arrested and charged over violent disorder nationally.
