CCTV footage from outside The Spot Sports Bar and Grill in Georgia, US, shows the successful candidate walking through the car park, when she suddenly stops in an empty space.
Appearing to look both ways to check if she is alone, she breaks out into a brilliant celebratory dance before gathering herself and calmly walking off.
The video was shared on Instagram by Dakara Spence, with the caption: "So I just hired this young girl and this was her response," racking up a million views and being shared on TikTok.
