Boris Johnson wants salons and barber shops to reopen ahead of schedule with dentist style PPE measures in place, it has been claimed.
Brits have been unable to get their hair professionally cut or coloured since lockdown started on March 23, with initial plans suggesting barbers and salons would be closed until July.
But this could be set to change with Health Secretary Matt Hancock last week implying he wanted to see the industry back up and running.
And now the Daily Telegraph reports the PM is said to be keen for salons and barbers to resume business before the end of the month.
