High street beauty giant Boots has issued a warning to anybody with an Advantage Card. From May, a popular feature is being changed for all shoppers in all stores.
As of May 23, shoppers will no longer be able to get 4p-worth of points when they spend £1. Instead, this will be replaced with a new system.
In an email sent out to Advantage Card holders, Boots said: "We're making changes to the Advantage Card terms. From May 2023, Advantage Card holders will now get 10% off Boots own-brand products, and collect 3p for every £1 you spend.
You'll get to keep the number of points you've already collected, and they'll still be worth the same amount."
