Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.
Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Online sportsbook Sportsbetting.ag usually helps wager bets on poker, horse racing, baseball, basketball and other live sports, but in their absence, it’s now taking bets on who will be cast in a future movie based on the hit Netflix docuseries.
Currently, the odds are in favor of Kevin Bacon playing Joe Exotic, followed by Edward Norton, who admitted on Twitter that he’d love the role.
Betting that Ben Stiller will score the role isn’t as popular, but will net gamblers a higher payout of $500 if it happens. Kristen Wiig and Laura Dern are contestants for the role of Carole Baskin, despite Kate McKinnon already being set to play the part in a limited series.
