The 33-year-old has just missed the cut in FourFourTwo magazine’s annual Top 50 list of players from across the Championship, League One and League Two.
Supporters were asked to pick the best players in their opinion from each division. And Brentford striker Ivan Toney has been voted the best player in the entire EFL, followed by Norwich City pair Emi Buendia and Teemu Pukki.
