Jimmy Thelin has refused to confirm whether Aberdeen have knocked back a bid for Bojan Miovski.And the Dons boss hinted Miovski could even line up from the start in Monday night’s Premiership opener against St Johnstone.
The North Macedonia striker was reportedly the subject of a £3million bid from La Liga side Espanyol with Serie A duo Bologna and Genoa also keeping tabs on the 24-year-old.
Thelin insists the player is fully focused on matters in the Granite City, having played just 45 minutes in their four games in the Premier Sports Cup group stage.
He said: "No I can’t tell you anything about that. If I was to comment on every rumour or whatever ... He is still an Aberdeen player and that’s what we are focused on.
