Two officers were called out to the incident off the Congleton Bypass in Cheshire on Sunday, CheshireLive reports. But when the PCSOs arrived, they found a mannequin with long dark hair floating in the water on a lifebuoy, wearing a blue costume from the sci-fi film Avatar. "PCSOs Gillett and Short were called out to what looked like a body in the water, thankfully this time it wasn't real," Gawsforth and Chelford Police wrote on Twitter.
