A person has been found dead in a popular park in Angus. Emergency services raced to Reid Park in Forfar shortly after 1pm today.A heavy police presence was spotted in the area by locals.
The area was cordoned off and the force helicopter was seen overhead.Cops have confirmed that they have arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the death.
