The body of a 35-year-old man has been discovered at a flat in Renfrew on Saturday. Police were called to Tennant Street around 4.20pm on Saturday, following reports of an injured man.
Officers attended but the 35-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.A 34-year-old man has since been charged in connection with the death and is expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday.
Footage from the incident seen by the Daily Record shows a number of emergency service vehicles in attendance, including an ambulance and several police cars, along with officers on foot at the scene.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of an injured man on Tennant Street in Renfrew around 4.20pm on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
Officers attended and a 35-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.“A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
