Bodies of two babies found in house as police arrest two men and a woman

Three people have been arrested after the bodies of two babies were discovered by police. South Wales Police were called to an address in Bridgend, which is 20 miles west of Cardiff, on Saturday around 8pm.

A 29-year-old woman and men aged 37 and 47 have been arrested on suspicion of concealing the birth of a child, reports the Mirror.

The trio remain in police custody, with an investigation ongoing. Detectives have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.Superintendent Marc Attwell, from South Wales Police, said: “This is very distressing incident, and we are appealing for anyone with information, to please get in touch.“There will be a visible police presence in the area as extensive enquiries continue over the weekend and we encourage anyone with information or concerns to talk to officers.” Anyone with any information can contact police on 101, quoting reference number 399650.
