Blumhouse & Universal’s ‘The Woman In The Yard’ Adds Russell Hornsby

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: The Hate You Give and Fences actor Russell Hornsby is joining Jaume Collet-Serra’s The Woman in the Yard at Blumhouse/Universal.
Previously announced cast for the story under wraps genre movie is Danielle Deadwyler and Okwui Okpokwasili. Hornsby’s previous feature credits include Creed II, Get Rich or Die Trying, the Sundance Grand Jury Award nominated title LUV.
He recently wrapped a leading role in the upcoming Searchlight film The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat, opposite Aunjanue Ellis and Sanaa Lathan.
TV credits count the Hulu limited series Mike, where he played the infamous Don King; Netflix’s Seven Seconds; and Showtime’s The Affair.
