The week of November 6 to 12 appears to have been a slow one for streaming. In a rare instance, Nielsen reports that not a single titled managed over 1B minutes.
However, the company also says that streaming consumption was actually up versus the previous week, when two titled crossed the threshold.
Nielsen suggests this could mean that viewers were just digging deeper into streaming libraries during this week. The title to come closes to the elusive billion-minute club was Bluey, which took the No.
1 spot on the charts with 918M viewing minutes. About half of that audience was under 12. Though it dropped 11% in viewing week over week, Grey’s Anatomy still managed second place with 897M minutes during this interval.
