Eight-year-old Blue Ivy Carter hasn't decided whether she wants to be the next Beyoncé yet. But she's still flexing her performer muscle anyway in her mother Beyoncé's visual album film Black Is King, out tonight on Disney+ at 3 AM ET/12 AM PT.
Beyoncé shared a new trailer for the project on her social media, and a glimpse of Blue dressed as a debutante and smiling at the camera can be seen in the clip.
So it's confirmed: Blue is in. This isn't her first time appearing in a Beyoncé project, but now that she's a little older (and a BET Award winner plus Billboard-charting artist), it may be her most involved role yet.
Time will tell how much Blue does, especially because Beyoncé, who is a pro at keeping her projects secret until she's ready.
