Blink-182 star Mark Hoppus has said he will take a life expectancy test this week after being diagnosed with cancer. The 49-year-old, who plays bass in the pop punk band, revealed he had undergone three months of chemotherapy in June.

Calling himself the 'Cancer Haver' on Twitter, the What’s My Age Again? singer told his 2.7 million followers: "I have cancer.
