Mark Hoppus is getting back out into the public following his year-long battle withlymphoma cancer.Looking like a large weight had been lifted off his shoulders, the Blink-182 bassist and co-vocalist looked happy and healthy as he walked with his wife and friends out of a restaurant in West Hollywood on Saturday night.During a brief interview with a TMZphotographer, the rocker shared his optimism for his life moving forward, declaring that he's 'glad to be here' and 'I'm just getting back out into it.'
