A blind man walking with his guide dog was allegedly assaulted when he asked a motorist to move his van off a pavement. Tony Webb, 73, was left with a black eye and required hospital treatment following the attack on Sunday morning.

His daughter Tracy Hassell said Tony was injured after asking a man who was parked on the pavement in a white van.
