Blake Lively and her legal team have scored a big victory in her ongoing battle against It Ends with Us director/co-star Justin Baldoni.

If you don’t know, there have been ongoing lawsuits between the pair revolving around on set behavior. Keep reading to find out more… On Thursday (March 13), Judge Lewis Liman granted Blake‘s request to keep some information private – aka “attorneys eyes only.” Blake and her team did not want sensitive information made public during the discovery phase of the trial because of the public facing nature of this case, where many celebrities and publicists are involved.

The judge wrote (via Variety), “These cases involve both business competitors and allegations of sexual harm. Discovery will necessarily include confidential and sensitive business and personal information.

The risk of disclosure is great.” Justin‘s lawyers are okay with keeping sensitive information private, but they did want the ability to share with clients, according to the report.
