Rosé has released her first solo project. The 24-year-old K-Pop singer from the girl group BLACKPINK dropped her solo EP titled R.

R features two songs – “On the Ground” and “Gone.” Along with the EP, Rosé debuted the music video for “On the Ground.” Ahead of the EP’s release, Rosé chatted about her new music. “I reflected on myself and realized how much I love music, get comforted and have grown with it,” Rosé shared with Korea Herald. “I wrote the songs in English as I thought it was the most fitting language for them.
