Fans won't have to wait forever to hear new Rihanna music. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever dropped a hint about the release date in a social media video posted Tuesday.
The video began with the title of the film coming into view, white letters outlined in metallic silver. The video was captioned simply, reading, '[eyes emoji] #WakandaForever.' While it's unclear exactly what the video was referencing, some fans are postulating that it is in fact the release date for Rihanna's confirmed song on the second movie's soundtrack.
Rihanna hasn't released an album since Anti came out in 2016. She last released a single in 2020 when she came out with Believe It with PartyNextDoor.
