Chadwick Boseman is being celebrated with a special airing of Black Panther. The movie will air tonight on ABC, commercial free, followed by a special starting at 8 p.m.
ET, Deadline reported Sunday (August 30). The late actor sadly died Friday (August 28) at the age of 43 after a long battle with cancer. Chadwick Boseman – A Tribute for a King will air from 10:20-11:00 p.m.
The Oscar-winning Black Panther stars Chadwick as T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king.
