One man is facing some unbelievably harsh Texas justice after — apparently — just spitting at police. Last year, Larry Pearson was arrested on domestic violence charges after a woman told police he struck her in the face, according to TMZ.

At the time, Pearson was mad that his alleged victim was not the one being put in cuffs, and according to prosecutors, began kicking at the cop car doors and spat at the officers as he was being apprehended.
