Blac Chyna is reportedly is 'thrilled' after finding out that her court battle with the Kardashian family has been scheduled sooner rather than later.

The proceedings for the trial will start on October 18 which is five weeks before the original court date that was scheduled for November 29, Page Six report.

However, things may not get that far as the famous family and Chyna - real name Angela Renée White - may sort their issues without the courts as the outlet add that legal documents show that both parties are open to mediation prior to the 10-day trial kicking off.

A hearing to determine the status of the case after mediation is set for July 26, 2021. And the site shared that Chyna could not be happier that the date has been moved
