The 32-year-old was clad in a canary yellow boiler suit, which she teamed with a pair of Louis Vuitton trainers and matching leather fanny pack around her waist.
The former E! star worked her hair into a voluminous ponytail as she sported a white face mask and disposable gloves for coronavirus precautions as she handed out food, water and other clothing supplies.
Her charitable appearance comes as the Kardashian family slammed her claims that she was treated like a "unicorn black reality star" on her show with Rob Kardashian.
