The bizarre reason for a hotel room that appeared 'blood soaked' in horrific images may have been solved. Images posted to social media showed a room in the Adelphi hotel, Liverpool, with sheets covered in a dark red substance.

Rebecca Hill was checking into the room when she was met with piles of hay and a bath filled with water last Friday. Baffled Rebecca, 42, said the scene was like something from a horror movie when she entered the room and it hadn't been cleaned for her stay, reports the Liverpool Echo.
