A quirky new job advert is offering to pay three people £2,000 each to go vegan for a month as part of a new health trial. Research agency, VeganLiftz, said it's after three meat-lovers who are willing to eat a completely vegan diet for one month, in a bid to highlight the health and fitness benefits of a plant-based diet.
Candidates must be from either Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool or London, and will be required to keep a detailed health journal documenting their experience for an online case study.
The platform said it will use the three candidates' experiences of going vegan for 30 days to demonstrate how going vegan can impact health and fitness, and what drawbacks there are, if any.
