Billie Shepherd has quit 'Dancing on Ice' after suffering a concussion during training. The 31-year-old TV star has been forced to withdraw from the ITV show after hitting her head on the rink in a fall, with medics telling her to quit the series for her own safety.
A source close to Billie - who is best known for starring on 'The Only Way Is Essex' - told The Sun newspaper: "Billie is absolutely gutted.
She’s been really upset all day and would have done anything to stay in the competition. "But it’s doctor’s orders and she has to put her safety first. " The news of Billie's injury has also been confirmed by an ITV spokeswoman.
